Do I have to connect my email?
No. On Free you enter everything yourself. Forwarding is only for people who want it done automatically.
What happens to my emails?
You only forward confirmation emails to a unique PerchWise address. We take the service, the amount and the date out of them. The email itself is deleted afterwards.
Which subscriptions does PerchWise recognise?
Anything that sends a confirmation email. In practice that means streaming, music, games, software, gyms, newspapers and delivery services. If a service is not recognised, you add it yourself in a few seconds.
When does PerchWise warn you about a free trial?
Seven days, three days and one day before the trial ends. You see straight away until which date cancelling still counts, and there is a button to sort it out today. How far ahead you want the nudge is up to you.
How does PerchWise spot a price rise?
By comparing the amount in your new confirmation email with what you paid before. If it differs, you get a notification with the old and the new amount. The subscription itself keeps a note of when the price changed.
Does PerchWise cancel for me?
No. PerchWise gives you the cancellation link and a draft email. You send it yourself.
Does it work with Gmail, Outlook and iCloud?
Yes. You set up a forwarding rule; the app explains how for each provider.
What does PerchWise cost?
Nothing, as long as you add your subscriptions yourself. That is Free, and there is no limit on it. If you want PerchWise to read your confirmation emails and warn you about a price rise, Plus is € 2.99 per month or € 29.99 per year. Nest is € 4.99 per month or € 49.99 per year and is meant for a whole household.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, through the App Store or Google Play. Your data stays until you delete your account.
What happens to my data if I stop?
Your data stays until you delete your account. When you do, all of it goes: your subscriptions, your forwarding address and everything taken out of your emails. You do not have to email anyone for it; it is in the app under Settings.
Is it available on iPhone and Android?
Yes, both.
