What the app does

PerchWise lists your subscriptions and trials and warns you about a payment date, a trial ending and a price increase. You stay in charge: PerchWise never cancels anything for you and never makes payments.

What the app does not promise

Recognising subscriptions from email is clever but not infallible. A message can be missed, an amount can be read wrong and a service can change its price without notice. Always check with the service itself what you pay. PerchWise is a tool, not bookkeeping, and not financial advice.

Your account

You are responsible for your credentials. If you connect a mailbox, use an app password rather than one you use elsewhere. You may not use the app to read someone else's mail.

Paid tiers

Premium and Family are subscriptions that continue until you cancel. Billing and cancelling run through your App Store or Google Play account, not through us. If you do not cancel before the period ends, the store renews automatically. Current prices are shown in the app and may change; a change applies to a new period only and the store asks for your consent itself.

Refunds

Refunds run through Apple or Google, because that is where the purchase was made. We have no access to them.

Ending it

You can stop at any time by deleting your account in the app. We may close an account in case of abuse or use that harms the service.

Liability

We do our best to keep the app working, but we cannot guarantee it is always reachable and free of errors. We cannot compensate damage that follows from a missed notification or a misread amount. What we do compensate is limited to what you paid for PerchWise in the preceding twelve months.

Changes

If something material changes in these terms we update this page and the date at the top.

Law

Dutch law applies to these terms.
